Inspection conforming to the requirements of 29 C.F.R. 1926, both prepared by the Project <br />Engineer. . <br />Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment: A Phase II Property Assessment, as defined and <br />described in, and completed in accordance with the requirements and criteria set forth in Ohio <br />Revised Code Section 3746.04(B)(4) and the provisions of Ohio Administrative Code Section <br />3745.300 -07 promulgated under the Voluntary Action Program. <br />Project: All activities necessary to complete Subgrantee's Work. <br />Project Engineer: Joan Sablar, HzW Environmental Consultants, LLC, 1375 Euclid Avenue, <br />Cleveland, Ohioi <br />Pro e The real property located at 1381 West Clifton Boulevard, Lakewood, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, as more particularly described on Exhibit A., <br />Regulated Material: Any flammable explosives, radioactive materials, solid waste, hazardous <br />substances, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, asbestos containing materials, petroleum or any <br />fraction thereof, pollutants, irritants, contaminants, toxic substances, or any other materials <br />respectively defined as such in, or regulated by, any applicable Environmental Law. <br />Remediation Contractor: The contractor retained by Subgrantee to complete Subgrantee's Work. <br />Specifications: Collectively, all of the description of all activities to be performed by Subgrantee <br />under this Agreement, as set forth in the documents prepared by the Project Engineer and <br />necessary for completion of Subgrantee's Work. <br />Subgrant Closing Date: The date that the parties hereto execute this Agreement. <br />Subgrantee: City of Lakewood a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of <br />Ohio. <br />Subgrantee Ordinance Date: The date the Subgrantee Ordinance was passed by Subgrantee. <br />Subgrantee Ordinance: The ordinance of the Subgrantee authorizing the Subgrantee to enter into <br />this Agreement under the authority of Ordinance No. 120 -2011, passed September 6, 2011. <br />Subgrantee's Work: Completion of the work described in the Specifications or Remedial Action <br />Plan, as applicable, in Schedule 2 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all <br />other work to be completed on the Property pursuant to this Agreement and any of the other Grant <br />Documents. <br />USEPA: The United States Environmental Protection Agency. <br />USEPA BRLF: The USEPA's Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund <br />26 <br />
