2. During the First Extended Term, Tenant's Base Rent shall remain unchanged at <br />$169,697,50 per annum, payable in equal monthly installments of $14,141.46 each, <br />3. Except as amended and/or supplemented herein, the Lease shall remain unchanged <br />and in full force and effect and all defined terms set forth in the Lease shall have the <br />same meaning herein. In the event of a conflict between the provisions contained in the <br />Lease and that of this Third Amendment, the provisions contained in this Third <br />Amendment shall govern.
