7. Except as amended and /or supplemented herein, all terms, covenants, provisions and <br />conditions of the Lease shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. To the <br />extent that there are any conflict between the provisions of this First Amendment and the <br />provisions of the Lease, the provisions of this First Amendment shall govern.
