member for proposes of creating public notices, keeping minutes and performing other clerical <br />duties to staff the task force. <br />Section 3. The task force shall be disbanded without further action upon creation of the <br />Ohio nonprofit corporation contemplated by Article IV of the Master Agreement among the <br />City of Lakewood, Lakewood Hospital Association, and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, dat- <br />ed December 21, 2015, and the completion of all necessary initial organizational documents for <br />the governance of the corporation. <br />Section 4. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Section 5.
