This stipend will be paid in January of each year. Additionally, the <br />City will provide an additional $35 /per hour for LEADS proficiency, and the performance of <br />Matron duties. <br />26.02 For as long as the certification remains appropriate in the employer's judgment, <br />Dispatchers will be trained and maintain certification for Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD). <br />The City will provide a stipend of $1.00 per hour for this certification. The stipend will be <br />retroactive to January 1, 2017. <br />ARTICLE 27 LONGEVITY COMPENSATION <br />27.01 All full -time employees of the bargaining unit shall be paid semi - annually, with the first <br />pay in June and December of each year which will be included in the employee's regular <br />pay, in addition to such salary or compensation that may be provided by the Agreement, <br />additional compensation based on the number of continuous full years of service, <br />including interim military service, as determined on the dates of June 15`x' and December <br />15`h of each year, computed in accordance with the following semi - annual rate schedule: <br />5 Years <br />$250.00 <br />13 Years <br />$650.00 <br />21 Years <br />$1,050.00 <br />6 Years <br />$300.00 <br />14 Years <br />$700.00 <br />22 Years <br />$1,100.00 <br />7 Years <br />$350.00 <br />15 Years <br />$750.00 <br />23 Years <br />$1,150.00 <br />8 Years <br />$400.00 <br />16 Years <br />$800.00 <br />24 Years <br />$1,200.00 <br />21 <br />
