9 Years <br />$450.00 <br />17 Years <br />$850.00 25+ Years $1,250.00 <br />10 Years <br />$500.00 <br />18 Years <br />$900.00 <br />11 Years <br />$550.00 <br />19 Years <br />$950.00 <br />12 Years <br />$600.00 <br />20 Years <br />$1,00.00 <br />ARTICLE 28 CALL -IN PAY <br />28.01 A full -time employee who is called into work at a time not abutting the beginning or end <br />of his or her regularly scheduled work shift shall receive payment for a minimum of three (3) <br />hours worked at time and one -half (1 -1/2) or actual time worked, whichever is greater. <br />28.02 When an employee is required to work at a time he or she is not regularly scheduled and <br />such duty abuts his or her regularly scheduled shift, the employee shall be paid the actual time <br />worked at the rate of time and one -half (1 -1 /2)his or her normal rate of pay. <br />28.03 Any Dispatcher called in to duty shall report within one (1) hour of personal notification <br />to do so. <br />ARTICLE 29 STAND -BY PAY <br />29.01 An employee shall receive two (2) hours pay at time and one -half (1 -1/2) his or her <br />hourly rate if required to be on stand -by duty by the City. The City shall allow a reasonable time <br />in which to reach employees on stand -by. This pay shall be paid in addition to any hours that an <br />employee is required to work on that day. <br />A. In the event it is necessary to place an employee on stand -by, the stand -by <br />assignment shall be offered in order of seniority to all off duty employees. The <br />decision to place a Dispatcher on stand -by shall be made by the Administrative <br />Captain or designee to the Dispatcher. <br />B. In the event no employee voluntarily accepts the offer, the stand -by assignment <br />shall be assigned to the least senior off -duty employee available. <br />C. Employees on stand -by shall be, and remain, immediately accessible for <br />telephone contact and ready and able to report for work within one (1) hour of <br />said telephone contact. <br />D. A "stand -by" overtime form shall be completed by the immediate Supervisor who <br />notified the employee of their stand -by assignment, noting the time and date of <br />same. The employee shall sign the form, if he or she is available. <br />E. Stand -by assignments shall not exceed eight (8) continuous hours within <br />twenty -four (24) hour period, beginning with the start of the stand -by assignment. <br />22 <br />
