Same <br />shall be subject to execution by the City and DB subsequent to execution of this Agreement. <br />The City shall (at such time determined by the City) request of the DB presentment of <br />proposals providing for: a) a Fixed Price for the Construction Phase of the Work; and, b) a GMP <br />for the Construction Phase Work.) Upon receipt of such proposals, the City shall select either <br />one of the aforementioned alternative forms of Project pricing. <br />121Pag e <br />
