Those conducting the <br />study are encouraged to look at what other metros or cities have done when <br />faced with similar challenges. <br />Those conducting the study should expand or narrow the scope as is <br />appropriate to give the best result in the recommendations phase. <br />RFP for the study, or draft study parameters, if internal, should be brought to <br />Council for comment and approval before posting or progressing to the work <br />of the study itself no later than February 29ti' 2019. <br />The most important measurable will come out of the conclusion of the study <br />and recommendations. This budget priority will be considered a success <br />DIEASUREABLE <br />IF all deadlines and criteria, as outlined, are fully met. <br />YVhat quantitative and /or <br />qualitative measurements will be <br />used to evaluate success? <br />Also, the stud should maintain all records, data and information generated; <br />y g ' <br />the city can then access this information to potentially develop an action plan <br />or for continued research, as needed. <br />Understanding the needs of residents is extremely important.
