Delivery of an executed counterpart electronically shall be equally as effective as <br />delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Second Amendment, but the failure <br />to deliver a manually executed counterpart shall not affect the validity, enforceability or <br />binding effect of this Second Amendment. <br />9. Except as amended and /or supplemented herein, all terms, covenants, provisions and <br />conditions of the Lease shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
