He expressed support for <br />passage. <br />In response to remarks by Mr. Rader, Director Pae insisted that the request is a matter of <br />timing and restated that in planning this project it was uncertain whether it would be included <br />in this or next year's budget. She reiterated that payments will not be made until completion <br />of project in October 2022. <br />Mr. Rader expressed support for the Ordinance but added that he prefers these things to have <br />more time before the public. <br />Mr. Anderson expressed no hesitation in supporting the Ordinance.
