Motion by Council President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to refer Ordinance 64 -18 <br />to Finance Committee. <br />Motion passed. All members voting in favor. <br />35. Communication from Planning Director Sylvester regarding grant application for Wagar <br />Park reconstruction. (pg. 177) <br />Motion by Council President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to receive and file the <br />communication. <br />Motion passed. All members voting in favor. <br />36. RESOLUTION 9041 -18 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br />received the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of council, or <br />otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor or <br />his designee to apply to the federal Land and Water Conservation Fund program for a <br />$3 81,113 grant to be used for the reconstruction of Wagar Park. (pg. 178) <br />Motion by Council President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to refer Resolution 9041- <br />18 to Finance Committee. <br />Discussion: The Committee discussed Council's schedule and how it would fit in discussion <br />of this legislation. <br />Motion passed. All members voting in favor. <br />37. Communication from Planning Director Sylvester regarding CDBG & ESG allocation <br />recommendations from the Citizens Advisory Committee. (pg. 180) <br />Motion by Council President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to receive and file the <br />communication. <br />Discussion: Councilmember Rader thanked Director Sylvester for referring him to all the <br />information about the CAC on the City website. He expressed appreciation for all of the <br />work of the CAC. <br />Motion passed. All members voting in favor. <br />
