Councilmember O'Malley announced that the Madison Branch of the Library received a <br />$10,000 grant from Cox Communications to support technology upgrades. He expressed <br />appreciation to Cox. <br />Councilmembers announced Light Up Lakewood on December 1 St from 4:00 — 8:00 p.m. and <br />additional holiday events downtown. <br />Council President O'Leary congratulated St. Edwards on defeating Mentor in football over <br />the weekend. <br />Councilmember Bullock reported out on the NOPEC Annual Meeting last Wednesday. <br />Vice President Anderson reported out on last Tuesday's One Lakewood Place resident <br />meeting. <br />Mayor Summers provided an update on the proposed development agreement between the <br />City and Carnegie Development. Mayor Summers has signed it and Carnegie is expected to <br />soon. Demolition and abatement will begin on Monday. <br />Motion by Mr. O'Leary, seconded, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion adopted.
