RESOLUTION 9037 -18 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br />otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a lease agreement with The Cleveland Clinic <br />Foundation for the lease ofthe real property located at 1450 Belle Avenue, Suite 220, <br />also known as the Community Health Center. All members voting in favor. Resolution 9038-18 adopted. <br />7. Finance Committee report regarding meeting held November 19, 2018; Councilmember <br />O'Malley, Chair. (to be provided) <br />The Finance Committee met moments ago and we discussed the 2018 Finance Committee <br />budget hearings. We had a good discussion and a Budget 101 overview from Director Pae <br />and other members of the Finance Department. Mayor Summers gave us an overview as <br />well. We went through the schedule. A draft of that is available and should have been made <br />available to all councilmembers. Ithink we pretty well finalized it at this point. I have <br />mentioned that we will have 12.5 or 13 hours of hearings scheduled which is a good deal of <br />time and I think sufficient to dedicate the kind of discussion that this subject warrants. Next <br />week we will discuss water and sewer rates and the capital budget for water and sewer. On <br />
