In response to a prompt from a councilmember, Ms. Vlach- Lasher explained that education <br />and outreach can always be increased and that there are always residents who remain <br />uninformed despite best efforts. <br />Councilmember Anderson encouraged this presentation to be posted on the City website. <br />Motion by Council President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to receive and file the <br />communication. <br />All members voting yea. He <br />thanked Lakewood Baptist Church for hosting the free concerts at the event. He wished a <br />Happy Chanukah and St. Nicholas Day. <br />
