(pg.79) <br />Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to receive and file the <br />communication. <br />Discussion: <br />Patricia Rooney & Matt Fish <br />Ms. Rooney & Mr. Fish reported on the success of End Hunger in Lakewood Day and how <br />the money will be spent. Mr. Fish announced that he is planning to make End Hunger Day an <br />annual event. <br />Councilmembers praised Ms. Rooney & Mr. Fish for their creative, collaborative <br />fundraising, expressed appreciation to the restaurant community, and emphasized the <br />important resources that LCSC offers residents. <br />On the motion: All members voted in favor. RESOLUTION 9045 -18 - A RESOLUTION to recognize the Lakewood restaurant <br />community, led by Matt Fish, owner and founder of Melt Bar and Grilled, for joining <br />together for End Hunger in Lakewood Day on November 10, 2018.
