5. RESOLUTION NO. 9033-18 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br />otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br />appointing _ (2nd appointee) to the Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board for the <br />four year term beginning January 1, 2019 and ending December 31, 2022. (Referred to <br />COW 11/5/18) (pg. 4) <br />Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Vice President Anderson to defer Resolution <br />9033-18. <br />All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Health &Human Services Committee report regarding meeting held January 7, 2019. (to <br />be provided) <br />The Health & Human Services Committee met this evening. Present were committee <br />members Anderson) George, and myself, along with Councilmembers Bullock, Rader, and <br />O'Leary. Our Council Clerk was there as well as Chief Gilman, Mayor Summers, Director <br />Gelsomino, Director Butler, and Director Yousefi. Our one agenda item was Ordinance 44- <br />18 regarding mobile food service operations. This is the concept of regulating mobile food <br />service in our City which is not currently being done. Councilwoman George proposed it. <br />The genesis was out of the proposed beer garden at Edwards & Detroit. Generally the <br />Committee and other members who were present and members of the administration were <br />
