19. RESOLUTION 9074-19 —A RESOLUTION to honor the 2018 St. Edward High School <br /> Football Team for earning the Division 1 State Championship. (pg. 103) <br /> Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Vice President Anderson to adopt Resolution <br /> 9074-19. <br /> Councilmember Bullock recognized St. Edward High School for its excellent athletics, <br /> academics, and community service and noted that while their Championships are numerous, <br /> they ought not be taken for granted. <br /> President O'Leary extended personal congratulations to St. Edward's for its athletic <br /> achievements. <br /> On the motion: All members voting yea. Motion passed. Resolution 9074-19 adopted. <br /> 20. RESOLUTION 9075-19 —A RESOLUTION to honor the 2019 St. Edward High School <br /> Wrestling Team for earning the Division 1 State Championship. (pg. 104) <br /> Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Vice President Anderson to adopt Resolution <br /> 9075-19. <br /> All members voting yea. Motion passed. Resolution 9075-19 adopted. <br /> Coaches from both the wrestling and football teams thanked the City for all of its support and <br /> introduced some players in attendance and their accomplishments. <br /> 21. Communication from Councilmembers Rader & George regarding public records <br /> processes. (pg. 105) <br /> Motion by Councilmember George, seconded by President O'Leary to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> Discussion: Councilmember Rader pointed out many of the City's recent technological <br /> enhancements that are connecting residents to information at City Hall. He stated that the <br /> legislation is a natural compliment to the City's growing array of digital services. <br /> President O'Leary reminded all that Council too is expanding digital access through its <br /> Laserfiche portal. <br /> All members voting yea. Motion passed. <br />
