Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio (PPN 313-22-030) for a period of 120 days, pursuant to Section <br /> 155.07 of the Codified Ordinances. (pg. 15 1) <br /> Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Vice President Anderson to defer Ordinance 17- <br /> 19. <br /> All members voting yea. Motion passed. <br /> ****PUBLIC COMMENT**** <br /> Fay Olson—Clifton Ave. spoke about changes she would like to see to the dog leash <br /> ordinance. She objected to the prohibition on retractable leashed and made suggestions for <br /> revision to the ordinance to allow dog owners to choose an appropriate leash for their dog. <br /> Diana Bjel—Atkins Ave. expressed concern about the placement of a neighbor's new garage. <br /> She expressed frustration that her Councilmember did not return her call. <br /> Councilmember Anderson explained the steps that he took in response to her message and <br /> apologized for not returning the call. <br /> ****ANNOUNCEMENTS**** <br /> Councilmember Litten thanked the Police & administration for its work to make the <br /> Cleveland Marathon possible in Lakewood. <br /> President O'Leary congratulated the runners in the marathon and thanked the safety forces. <br /> Motion by Mr. O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson,to adjourn the meeting. <br /> Motion adopted.
