A motion was made by Mr. Roar, seconded by Ms. Haney to DEFER the item until the October 11, 2118 <br /> meeting. All of the members voting yea, the motion passed'. <br /> Mr.. Robar announced he had to leave the meeting at this time and turned the meeting over to Ms. Haney. No <br /> further action was required from the members. <br />
