I <br /> i <br /> ONE LAKEWOOD PLACE <br /> The purpose of this document is to outline the details of the One Lakewood Place review, public <br /> input, and approval process over the course of the last year. <br /> Rezoning of the lot to Planned Development pursuant to Chapter 1155 of the zoning code with <br /> use, setbacks, heights, and parking as approved by Planning Commission and the Architectural <br /> Board of Review. <br /> The following sections outline the process that led to the final request to rezone the property to <br /> Planned Development.
