Regular.Public lKeelings <br /> Planning Commission had 7 meetings discussing One Lakewood Place with over '7 hours of <br /> discussion on this topic alone. <br /> Architectural Board of Review (ABR) had 9 meetings with, 3 of these meetings being special <br /> meetings outside of the board's normal Thursday evening commitment. ABR also discussed <br /> the project at several pre-meetings. <br /> Special Meetings <br /> Library Public Meeting <br /> A meeting was hosted at the beginning of the process to discuss the development and collected <br /> input on the community's concerns and what they liked about the project. Thirty-seven <br /> residents were in attendance. <br /> Neighbor Meeting <br /> Neighbors were given a platform to discuss the <br /> project, meet the demolition team, voice their <br /> concerns and desires for construction and <br /> design. There were 16 neigih!bors in <br /> attendance. <br /> iii <br /> Lakewood Alive Board Meeting <br /> Lakewood alive hosted the Carnegie team and <br /> the city administration to discuss the project <br /> including the historical significance of the site, <br /> the plaza design, and the building design, <br /> P <br /> Public Plaza Meeting <br /> Ad" <br /> Meeting was hosted at the library and allowed <br /> residents to give input on the plaza design, <br /> programming and amenities. An online survey <br /> was shared for those that were not able to <br /> make it and! 1'10' responses were received. <br />
