Committee of the Whole report regarding meeting held July 15th, 2019. (to be provided)
President O'Leary noted that Committee of the Whole met prior to that night's meeting and
the sole item under consideration was Ordinance 09-19, which concerns the rezoning of
13900 Lake Ave. from a single-family use to a planned development. The Committee was
presented with the most recent version of the project, which proposed building 4 homes
instead of the originally proposed number of 5, and also included increased setbacks. It was
determined that the revised site plan acknowledges the city's intent to make the property
more harmonious with the neighborhood. Committee of the Whole recommended adoption of
Ordinance 09-19 this evening.
