LWL Workgroup Phase 2 becomes Phase 2 of the RTF with a <br /> deeper focus on Health &Wellbeing. <br /> RTF, under direction of Alex, will receive the funds needed to <br /> implement Phase Two of the LWL Work Group's recommendation, <br /> complementing RTF's objective to obtain meaningful outcomes for <br /> its Health &Wellbeing priority. <br /> 1� <br /> LWL Phase I Workgroup will nominate an Advisory <br /> Committee (AC) from its members to work with the RTF <br /> 0 staff member <br /> LWL AC to work with LWL AC to work LWL AC to solicit <br /> Alex to create and with Alex to create applications and <br /> RFP/RFQ to hire a an RFP/RFQ for an recommend for <br /> fellow to work with consultant/ appointment by the <br /> RTF Phase Two and facilitator to be Mayor and City <br /> conduct and IRB appointed to the Council,the Phase <br /> approved RTF Phase Two Two Resiliency Task <br /> Community Health Force members to <br /> Needs Assessment focus on Health & <br /> (CHNA) Wellbeing <br /> LWL <br /> Advisory Mayoral appointments(6),City Council <br /> Committee < appointments(7),fellow,consultant,and Alex to <br /> complete make up Phase Two Resiliency Task Force <br /> CHNA conducted,assessed &recommendations <br /> made for Phase Three implementation <br /> I <br /> UJ <br /> Specific initiatives and programs to be <br /> implemented will be TBD based on the findings of <br /> the CHNA. Funding sources will need to be <br /> identified to carry out this work over the long- <br /> term. <br />
