Court shall order said hearing within two (2) business days of receipt of such affidavit and request <br />but only on the issue of surrender and suspension pursuant to this section. <br />(d) A surrender order issued pursuant to this section shall continue until otherwise ordered by the <br />Court. Any item not lawfully reclaimed by its owner within ninety (90) days after a surrender order <br />has been vacated shall be confiscated pursuant to Lakewood Codified Ordinance Section 549.29. <br />(e) Any violation of such orders shall be punishable by a misdemeanor of the first degree. <br />is hereby repealed. <br />Section 11. Section 549.27, Failure to Secure Weapons; Minors and Incompetent Persons, <br />of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances, currently reading as follows: <br />549.27 FAILURE TO SECURE WEAPONS; MINORS AND INCOMPETENT PERSONS. <br />(a) All firearms, stun guns and deadly weapons must be secured in a manner which prohibits the <br />accessibility, acquisition and/or use of such item by any minor or incompetent person. <br />(b) Firearms furnished to a person under age eighteen (18) must be in accordance with Ohio <br />Revised Code Section 2923.21. <br />(c) Any person who owns or possesses a firearm and/or deadly weapon and fails to comply with <br />paragraph (a) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. <br />is hereby repealed. <br />Section 12. Section 549.28, Stolen or Lost Handgun Report, of the Lakewood Codified <br />Ordinances, currently reading as follows: <br />549.28 STOLEN OR LOST HANDGUNS; REPORTS. <br />(a) Whenever any handgun is stolen or lost, the person losing possession thereof shall, <br />immediately upon discovery of such theft or loss, make a report thereto to the Division of Police <br />showing the following: <br />(1) Name, address and Social Security number ofthe person owning or having possession of such <br />handgun; <br />(2) Kind of handgun; <br />(3) Serial number of handgun; <br />(4) Model; <br />(5) Caliber; <br />(6) Manufacturer or importer of handgun; <br />(7) Handgun registration card number, if any; <br />(8) Date and place of theft or loss; <br />(9) A complete statement of the facts and circumstances surrounding such theft or loss. <br />(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. <br />is hereby repealed. <br />Section 13. Section 549.29, Weapons Confiscated, of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances, <br />currently reading as follows: <br />549.29 WEAPONS CONFISCATED. <br />Any handgun and/or deadly weapon which any person owns or possesses in violation of any of <br />the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction of such person be confiscated by the Lakewood <br />NJ <br />
