16.03 The City retains the right to eliminate the 100%Plan and/or set the premium contributions if it <br />chooses to offer such a plan. <br />16.04 The 90/10 and 100% Summary of Benefits and Coverage for 201420 including prescription <br />drug coverage, as well as a chart of approved plan design changes to be effective during the life of this <br />contract are attached hereto as Appendix C. <br />16.05 The Employer shall establish an Insurance Committee of one (1) to three (3) representatives <br />from each of the City's bargaining units, if they choose to be represented and a minimum of one (1) <br />representative of the Employer. The Committee shall meet at least once a month for the purpose of <br />exploring cost saving measures and/or alternative health plans. The Committee shall make <br />recommendations regarding health care coverage and such recommendations shall be presented to each <br />bargaining unit as well as to the City Administration. This Committee shall be administered pursuant <br />to Appendix F, attached hereto. - <br />16.06 The city amees to Provide each member with a NFPA complaint Public Safety Exam annually <br />to include a Chest x-ray (every three years), screening for heave metals and enhanced blood markers <br />for cancer and disease screening.
