16.05 Employees must take or convert holiday time during the year in which it is earned and holidays shall <br />not be accumulated. <br />16.06 Employees required to work overtime on New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas shall <br />be paid at the rate of two (2) times their hourly rate for conversion of leave to cash. <br />ARTICLE 17 <br />MEDICAL COVERAGE AND INSURANCE <br />17.01 The City agrees to provide for full-time employees and their dependents a choice of health care plans, <br />provided the City may change either carriers or delivery systems if the benefits and provider networks are <br />comparable to the present plan.
