2.05 The parties agree that neither the employees nor the Association shall have a claim against the City <br />for errors in the processing of deductions, unless a claim of error is made to the City, in writing, within <br />sixty (60) days after the date such an error is claimed to have occurred. If it is found an error was made, it <br />will be corrected at the next pay period that the Association dues deduction would normally be made by <br />deducting the proper amount. <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />WAGES AND HOURS <br />3.01 <br />Effective January 1, 204-720 EPA employees will receive a 330/. increase in base wages. <br />Effective January 1, 202148 EPA employees will receive a two and one-nuartertwe percent (2.253%) in- <br />crease in base wages. <br />Effective January 1, 202249 LPA employees will receive a two and one-hal flwo percent (2.520/6) increase <br />in base wages. <br />their carment .e r a to reaching their 20a year of. ..vice with t n OPERS <br />3.032 Employees who are assigned to perform the duties of Paramedic Supervisor shall receive the super- <br />visor rate of pay for that assignment for all time worked in that classification. Assignment for Acting Par- <br />amedic Supervisor shall be made by the Fire Chief, said selection being one (1) employee from among the <br />three (3) senior employees by shift. An employee working a trade for a Paramedic Supervisor shall not be <br />considered for an acting pay assignment. <br />3.034 Rates of pay for each year of this Agreement are identified in Appendix A of this Agreement and <br />are reflective of the increases identified in Section 3.01 of this Article. <br />(Reserved.) <br />ARTICLE 4 <br />ARTICLE 5 <br />LONGEVITY ALLOWANCE <br />5.01 Effective January 1, 2006, all regular, full-time employees of the Division of Fire shall receive a semi- <br />annual longevity allowance, based upon the number of continuous full years of service with the Division <br />of Fire, including interim military service, as determined on the dates of June 15th and December 15 ° in <br />accordance with the following semi-annual schedule: Such payment to be made in the employee's regular <br />paycheck during June and December. <br />2 <br />
