No objection was expressed by Council. <br /> 28. RESOLUTION 2019-15 - A RESOLUTION to commend Samuel T. O'Leary for his <br /> exemplary public service as a member of Lakewood City Council. (pg. 89) <br /> Motion by Councilmember O'Malley, seconded by President O'Leary to adopt Resolution <br /> 2019-15. <br /> At the request of Councilmember Bullock, and without objection, the Clerk read Resolution <br /> 2019-15 into the record. <br /> President O'Leary thanked colleagues for the resolution and expressed gratitude for the <br /> experience as serving as a councilmember.
