(pg. 91) <br /> Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Vice President Anderson to adopt Resolution <br /> 2019-17. <br /> At the request of President O'Leary, and without objection, the Clerk read Resolution 2019- <br /> 17 into the record. <br /> Councilmembers made personal remarks regarding Councilmember George and her time on <br /> Council, expressing support and confidence in her as she takes office as Mayor. <br /> Councilmember George thanked councilmembers, staff, the Mayor and Directors.
