Former Councilmember Marx thanked the Mayor and outgoing members for their service <br /> and some of the lessons that she has taken away from working with each. She praised <br /> Director Jenn for her great work and administration of the budget. <br /> On the motion: All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 32. Communication from President O'Leary regarding quarterly re-codification. (pg. 93) <br /> Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Vice President Anderson to receive & file the <br /> communication. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 33. ORDINANCE 48-19 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, to approve <br /> the editing and inclusion of certain ordinances as parts of the various component codes of <br /> the Codified Ordinances and to provide for the publication of such new matter. (pg. 94) <br /> Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Vice President Anderson to defer Ordinance 48- <br /> 19. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Ordinance 48-19 deferred. <br /> 34. Communication from Mayor Summers regarding appointments to the Tree Advisory & <br /> Education Board.
