days so affected and, upon return to full-time duty, be permitted to reselect his vacation days in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 25.09 Employees hired prior to March 1, 1990, shall be permitted to accumulate a total of fifty (50) working days of vacation time. Vacation time acquired but not used in excess of fifty (50) days shall be forfeited on December 31 st of each year. A. All personnel will be required to use at least ten (10)vacation days in every year. B. Any days in excess of the days to which an employee is entitled may be placed into a bank for accumulation. C.
