Additionally,the City will provide an additional $.80/per <br /> hour for LEADS proficiency. <br /> 26.05 The city will provide an additional $1.00 per hour Intoxilyzer Certification pay. This pay <br /> will be effective for all certified COs as of January 1, 2017. <br /> 26.06 For the purposes of this agreement, the classification "CO I" shall mean a corrections <br /> officer with at least ten(10)years' service in the unit, and"CO 11" shall mean a corrections officer <br /> with less than ten (10)years' service in the unit. <br /> ARTICLE 27 <br /> LONGEVITY COMPENSATION <br /> 27.01 All full-time employees of the bargaining unit shall be paid semi-annually, with the first <br /> pay in June and December of each year, in addition to such salary or compensation that may be <br /> provided by this Agreement,additional compensation based on the number of continuous full years <br /> of service,including interim military service, as determined on the dates of June 15th and December <br /> 15th of each year, computed in accordance with the following semi-annual rate schedule: <br /> 5 Years $250.00 13 Years $650.00 21 Years $1,050.00 <br /> 6 Years $300.00 14 Years $700.00 22 Years $1,100.00 <br /> 7 Years $350.00 15 Years $750.00 23 Years $1,150.00 <br /> 8 Years $400.00 16 Years $800.00 24 Years $1,200.00 <br /> 9 Years $450.00 17 Years $850.00 25+Years $1,250.00 <br /> 10 Years $500.00 18 Years $900.00 <br /> 11 Years $550.00 19 Years $950.00 <br /> 12 Years $600.00 20 Years $1,000.00 <br /> ARTICLE 28 <br /> 20 <br />
