ARTICLE 44 <br /> DURATION <br /> 44.01 This Agreement represents an understanding between the City and the Union, and it shall <br /> be effective from January 1, X2020 through December 31, 2419-2022„and thereafter from year <br /> to year unless at least ninety (90) days prior to said expiration date, or any anniversary thereof, <br /> either party gives timely written notice to the other of an intent to negotiate on any or all of its <br /> provisions.
