increase as published in the SERB Health Insurance 2021 The Cost of Health Insurance in the <br />Public Sector to the 2021 rates noted above. <br />At no time will the increase exceed 10% in any given year even if the SERB average increase is <br />more than 10% in that year. <br />The City shall pay the remaining cost of the plan premium. The employee contribution shall be <br />withheld via payroll deduction on the first and second pay period of each month. <br />The City will continue offering the "100%" medical plans. However, it retains discretion to set <br />the employee premium contributions for these plans. <br />29.07 The Employer shall establish an Insurance Committee of one (1) to three (3) <br />representatives from each of the City's bargaining units, if they choose to be represented and a <br />minimum of one (1) representative of the Employer. The Committee shall meet at least once a <br />month for the purpose of exploring cost saving measures and/or alternative health plans. The <br />Committee shall make recommendations regarding health care coverage and such <br />recommendations shall be presented to each bargaining unit as well as to the City <br />Administration. This Committee shall be administered pursuant to Appendix D, attached hereto. <br />ARTICLE 30 <br />WORK CLOTHING, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT <br />30.01 The City always has and will continue to supply employees with the tools, equipment and <br />gear necessary to perform the work. <br />30.02 As has been its historical practice, the City will continue to comply with all federal, state <br />and local requirements that relate to this Article. <br />30.03 In the event the City determines that any classification of employees covered by this <br />agreement must wear any article of clothing while working, such as a shirt or jacket indicating the <br />employee's status as a City employee, the City will supply such clothing in such quantity and at <br />such frequency as it deems appropriate. <br />30.04 Any dispute that arises as to this Article shall be deferred to the LMC. <br />ARTICLE 31 <br />SAFE WORK PRACTICES <br />31.01 There shall be joint, divisional Union/Employer safety committees for the purpose of <br />discussing safety related problems. Such committees shall be comprised of two (2) Union members <br />and two (2) members of Management. The safety committees shall meet on a quarterly basis during <br />26 <br />
