ATTACHMENT C <br />Wage Reopener oil Certain Conditions <br />The parties to this Agreement, havim4 a reed to a cumulative base wage increase of 7.75 percent <br />for the tlu'ee- ear contract term beginning January 1 2020 and ending December 3 L 2022 <br />hereby agree that any articles of this Aereement pertaining to wages shall be subject to reopener <br />negotiations in the event another collective bargaining unit within the City of Lakewood and the <br />Enr lover mutually a ree to a three-year collective bargainingbirgaining agreement in which the <br />cumulative base wage increase at the end of the three-year term exceeds 7.75 percent. <br />41 <br />
