Councilmember Bullock expressed appreciation to the George Administration for continuing the <br /> work of the previous administration on this development. He expressed a commitment to the <br /> original goals and ambitions of the project and a focus on finding a successful partner <br /> Mayor George acknowledged the time, energy, and money that has been invested in the project <br /> and committed to work diligently to get a development in place. <br /> President O'Malley made a motion that was seconded to enter executive session for the purpose <br /> of discussing the sale of property and imminent court action related to One Lakewood Place. The <br /> following other individuals were invited to enter executive session: <br /> Mayor George, Law Director Corrigan, Assistant Law Director Swallow, Acting Planning <br /> Director Milius, Fire Chief Dunphy, Tracey Nichols, Robyn Minter Smyers, Clerk Bach, Deputy <br /> Clerk Lascu, Finance Director Rancatore. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yea: Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Shachner <br /> Nays: Rader <br /> Motion passed. Committee of the Whole entered executive session at 6:52 p.m. <br /> At 8:52 p.m. Committee of the Whole exited executive session. <br /> Councilmembers expressed a desire for guidance regarding what information can be shared with <br /> residents and when. Mayor George shared this desire but cautioned that the City needs to <br /> position itself in the best possible light knowing that litigation may be coming. <br /> Committee of the Whole adjourned at 8:56 p.m. <br /> 2 <br />
