President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt Resolution <br /> 2020-34. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. Resolution 2020-34 was adopted. <br /> 6. RESOLUTION 2020-35 — A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law,accepting the amounts <br /> and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies <br /> and certifying them to the County Fiscal Officer.
