RESOLUTION 2020-61 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> appointing three members and one non-voting Council representative to the Americans <br /> with Disabilities (ADA) Transition Plan Task Force. <br /> Clerk Bach updated the Committee that the Mayor is soliciting applications for this new Task <br /> Force.
