Motion adopted. Resolution 2020-53 recommended for adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION 2020-61 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> appointing three members and one non-voting Council representative to the Americans <br /> with Disabilities (ADA) Transition Plan Task Force. <br /> Clerk Bach updated the Committee that the mayor's office is continuing to solicit applications to <br /> the new ADA Transition Plan Task Force and the deadline is Nov. 6h. The mayor's office asked <br /> for Council's help is soliciting applications. <br /> RESOLUTION 2020-66- A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> appointing to the Planning Commission for the five year term <br /> beginning January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2025. <br /> Clerk Bach indicated that eight applications have been received and shared with <br /> councilmembers.
