A motion was made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Baker to APPROVE the request with the <br />condition(s): <br />® There is final approval of the Plat Map by the City Engineer. <br />All the members voting yea, the motion passed. <br />COMMUNICATION <br />13. Docket No. 08-25-19 <br />12650 Detroit Avenue <br />Resiliency Task Force <br />This communication from the Department of Planning and Development regarding the Resiliency Task <br />Force is intended to update the Commission on the work of the Task Force so far to review City policies <br />and programs, an update on the Task Force's public engagement efforts, and an introduction to the <br />work anticipated for the rest of the year, The Task Force is currently reviewing the Community Vision <br />master plan and will propose updates for the Commission's review later in the year. (Page 51) <br />Alex Harnocz, 'Planner, City of Lakewood, Michael Fodor and Kevin Hudson, Resiliency Task Force <br />members, were present to deliver the communication, update the commission with the work done to date, <br />and -announce an upcoming public meeting. The commission suggested a posting on the web site and <br />other media for broad communication of the redline changes to the Community Vision, asked if there would <br />be a proposal for an eco-district within Lakewood. <br />A motion was made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr.:Kelly to RECEIVE ANDF,ILE the communication. <br />All the members voting yea, the motion passed. <br />ADJOURN <br />A motion was made by Mr. Kelly seconded by Mr. McMahon to ADJOURN the meeting at 10:14 P.M.
