RESOLUTION 2020-61 -A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing three members and one non-voting Council representative to the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Transition Plan Task Force. Multiple councilmembers put forth names of applicants whom they found to stand out. They noted the multitude of applicants with relevant personal and professional experience and a history of community engagement. President O'Malley suggested that Councilmember Kepple be appointed as Council's non-voting member to the Task Force, remarking on her interest in the topic.
