Heather Rudge — Ms. Rudge expressed concerns about the repairs scheduled for the Curtis <br /> Block building and stated a need for residents to demand the best design and rehab of the <br /> building. <br /> Rick Sicha — Mr. Sicha gave a brief background on the concept of historic preservation and <br /> the unique history of Lakewood's downtown historic designation. <br /> Chip Redding —Mr. Redding noted that he is the city captain of the Lakewood Drive Electric <br /> Day, which is a car show for electric vehicle owners who can speak about their driving <br /> experience to the public. He asked the city to provide services for the event on May 8h at <br /> Winterhurst parking lot. <br /> Mark Stockman— 1053 Maplewood Ave. —Mr. Stockman expressed support of a Curtis Block <br /> building renovation. <br /> John Wagner — Mr. Wagner stated he had started a community Facebook page, titled Safer <br /> Lakewood, on public safety issues in Lakewood. He asked that his wife Tonya's eComment <br /> be entered into the record. <br /> Ben Dyke — 1454 Larchmont Ave. —Mr. Dyke inquired for information regarding gun shots <br /> being fired in the vicinity of Game On. Chief Kaucheck responded to the inquiry and noted <br /> that the individual who fired the shots was apprehended and indicted. <br /> ""ANNOUNCEMENTS"" <br /> Councilmember Rader thanked those who commented for their support of the Curtis Block <br /> building.
