11. Liquor Notice regarding Smyf LLC dba LBM at 12301 Madison Ave. (pg. 23) <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to defer. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 12. Liquor Notice regarding Rood Food& Pie LLC at 17001 Madison Ave. (pg. 24) <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to defer. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> ***PUBLIC COMMENT"" <br /> McKenzie Levi — 14811 Hilliard Rd. —Mr. Levi provided feedback on the virtual portion of <br /> the meeting. He expressed concerns about loud music coming from vehicles that is disruptive <br /> to neighborhoods and asked for signage. He offered advice on public speaking. <br /> ""ANNOUNCEMENTS"" <br /> President O'Malley thanked everyone who helped make it possible to get back into <br /> Chambers and asked staff to continue to refine the hybrid meeting mode to make them as <br /> successful as possible. <br /> President O'Malley encouraged everyone to get vaccinated and stated that by getting <br /> vaccinated, Council is able to hold the meeting in person without masks. <br /> Councilmember Litten thanked LPD for the opportunity to do a ride-along and remarked on <br /> the lessons learned. <br /> Councilmember Kepple announced the Ward 4 virtual state of the City. She asked when the <br /> public will be able to attend Council meetings in person. <br /> Mayor George explained that the local mask mandate follows the state health orders, which <br /> have been lifted. At this time, the Court and Law Department are coordinating on a policy <br /> regarding city buildings. <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to adjourn. All <br /> members voted in favor. Motion passed. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:05 <br /> p.m. <br /> 5 <br />
