ORDINANCE 17-2021 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the transfer <br /> and advance of certain funds. (pg. 10) <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer Ordinance 17-2021 <br /> to the Finance Committee. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Ordinance 17-2021 referred to the Finance <br /> Committee. <br /> 8. Communication from Law Director Corrigan regarding amending weapons ordinances <br /> following passage of Ohio S.B. 140. (pg. 12) <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 9.
