(I" read & referred to <br /> Public Safety 5117121) (pg. 002) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to defer Ordinance 18- <br /> 2021. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Ordinance 18-2021 deferred. <br /> 3. RESOLUTION 2020-39A - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take <br /> effect at the earliest period allowed by law,to amend Resolution 2020-39, adopted August <br /> 3, 2020 in order to extend the curbside express parking program. (Referred to Public Safety <br /> Committee 513121) (pg. Olt) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt Resolution <br /> 2020-39A. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Resolution 2020-39A was adopted. <br /> 4. ORDINANCE 17-2021 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the transfer <br /> and advance of certain funds. (pg. <br /> 015) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. The communication was received and filed. <br /> 6. ORDINANCE 19-2021 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, to approve the editing <br /> and inclusion of certain ordinances as parts of the various component codes of the Codified <br /> Ordinances and to provide for the publication of such new matter.
