Mr. Magner detailed the poor conditions of the city's baseball fields and offered to tour council members and members of the administration through them. He also questioned the division oflabor between the city and the school district regarding the maintenance of the fields. Mayor George stated the law department is in the process ofdrafting a MOUon field maintenance with the school district. On the motion: All members voted in favor. Motion passed.
