MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF <br /> LAKEWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br /> AUDITORIUM <br /> SEPTEMBER 20, 2021 <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> Regular Meeting of the Lakewood City Council called to order at 7:38 PM by President <br /> O'Malley. <br /> Present: Thomas R. Bullock III, Sarah Kepple, John Litten, Tess Neff, Daniel O'Malley, <br /> Tristan Rader, Jason Shachner <br /> Also Present: Mayor George, Law Director Corrigan, Planning Director Leininger, Finance <br /> Director Rancatore, Police Chief Kaucheck, Fire Chief Dunphy, Public Works Director Ducu, <br /> Human Resources Director Dillinger,Human Services Director Gelsomino,Chief of Staff John <br /> Storey, Deputy Clerk Lascu, Clerk Bach <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to approve the minutes of <br /> the September 7, 2021 meeting without the necessity of a reading. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS**** <br /> 1. Committee report regarding Committee of the Whole meeting held September 20, 2021. <br /> (to be provided) <br /> President O'Malley delivered the following oral report: <br /> Committee of the Whole met this evening at 5:30 p.m. We discussed the <br /> communication from Mayor George regarding the memorandum of <br /> understanding with the schools which deals with the shared responsibilities of <br /> our ball fields and our pools. We heard from the administration, the recreation <br /> director, Leslie favorite Krugman, members of the public and Vice President <br /> Litten, who's been our designee on this effort, and we incorporated the <br /> communication into Resolution 2021-23 and unanimously recommended <br /> adoption ofthat resolution. We also discussed the foregoing resolutions dealing <br /> with board and commission appointments with the exception of item three, <br /> which is the resolution to make immediate appointments to fill vacancies on the <br /> 1 <br />
