RESOLUTION 2021-49 - A RESOLUTION to recognize and celebrate the many contributions of Grace Presbyterian Church on the centennial anniversary of its founding. (pg. 53) Public Comment Cindy Friedman Ms. Friedman thanked Council for recognizing the church and communicated the organization's passion to serve Lakewood. Pat Knaggs Ms.Knaggs thanked the city for the recognition and spoke to her family's lifelong connection to the church. She also spoke about some of the charitable collaborations the church has undertaken. Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt Resolution 2021- 49. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Resolution 2021-49 was adopted. 24. Communication from Finance Director Rancatore regarding 2020 Financial Reporting and Budget Award and Recognition. (pg. 54) Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the communication. Keith Altman of the State of Ohio Auditor's Office spoke and complimented the Finance's Department's stellar work. He noted that only the top 3% of entities across the state receive this award and congratulated the city. On the motion: All members voted in favor. Motion passed.
