MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF <br /> LAKEWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br /> AUDITORIUM <br /> OCTOBER 4, 2021 <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> Regular Meeting of the Lakewood City Council called to order at 7:48 PM by President <br /> O'Malley. <br /> Present: Thomas R. Bullock III, Sarah Kepple, John Litten, Tess Neff, Daniel O'Malley, <br /> Tristan Rader, Jason Shachner <br /> Also Present: Mayor George, Law Director Corrigan, Planning Director Leininger, Finance <br /> Director Rancatore, Police Chief Kaucheck, Fire Chief Dunphy, Public Works Director Ducu, <br /> Human Resources Director Dillinger,Human Services Director Gelsomino,Chief of Staff John <br /> Storey, Building Commissioner Chris Parmelee Deputy Clerk Lascu, Clerk Bach <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to approve the minutes of <br /> the September 7, 2021 meeting without the necessity of a reading. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS**** <br /> 1. Committee report regarding Committee of the Whole meeting held October 4, 2021 (to be <br /> provided) <br /> President O'Malley delivered the following oral report: <br /> Committee of the Whole met this evening at 5:45 p.m. and immediately made a <br /> motion and approved a motion to enter executive session to discuss confidential <br /> financial information related to the developer of the former Lakewood Hospital <br /> site. <br /> Motion by President O'Malley,seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the report. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 1 <br />
