Discussion: Councilmembers and the mayor discussed the intentions behind the <br /> communication and the broad approach the city can take to help seniors age in place in their <br /> homes. This undertaking may involve updating the zoning code and requirements for variances <br /> and examining the appropriateness of accessory dwelling units. <br /> On the motion: All members voted in favor. RESOLUTION 2021-52 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect <br /> and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor to enter into <br /> an agreement with the District Advisory Council of Cuyahoga County, Ohio General <br /> Health District for the provision of public health services within the City of Lakewood for <br /> a two year period in an amount not to exceed $305,652.00 commencing January 1, 2022 <br /> and $336,217.00 commencing January 1, 2023.....
